Ballet Talks
A Houston Ballet representative presents a one-hour storytelling experience that introduces students to the art form of dance. The representative guides students through the story of the ballet while they watch a DVD of a Houston Ballet performance. These hands-on presentations include costumes, props and pointe shoes for students to examine.
Ballet Talks are tailored for 200 or fewer students. Ballets available in 2012-2013 are:
Cinderella (Elementary and Middle School)
The Nutcracker (Elementary School, preferably Kinder-3rd grade)
