Nutcracker Market

Houston Ballet's largest fundraiser and holiday shopping extravaganza, the 35th annual Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market will be held November 12 – 15, 2015 at NRG Center. For those with a passion to shop, the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market will feature 300 merchants, offering unique items for everyone, including home décor, food, clothing, toys, toiletries, novelties, ornaments, pottery, pewter, accessories and more…just in time for your holiday shopping!

Proceeds from each admission and special event ticket that you purchase, plus 10% of all the merchandise you buy, goes back to Houston Ballet Foundation, its Academy and its Scholarship Programs.

The 2015 Nutcracker Market, chaired by Philamena Baird, is themed “Putting on the Ritz” and will proudly honor our shoppers. For more information on the Nutcracker Market, click here



Celebrate the holidays and The Nutcracker with your children and other family members at The Kingdom of Sweets Tea Party on November 28, 2015. This inaugural event, chaired by The Zdeblick Family:  Beth, William, Nick, and Kate, is sure to become part of your family’s holiday tradition for years to come!

Jubilee of Dance Onstage Dinner

On December 4, 2015, Houston Ballet will hold its 2nd annual Jubilee of Dance Onstage Dinner, chaired by Jo and Jim Furr, and Martha Rocks and Marvin McMurrey, immediately following the Jubilee of Dance performance. 

Tickets for the Onstage Dinner –  $500; Tables of ten – $5,000.

gala fundraiser

Each year, Houston Ballet welcomes 500 of Houston's most celebrated arts patrons and philanthropists to a black-tie gala fundraiser. The 2016 Ballet Ball, From Russia with Love, chaired by Gina and Dr. Devinder Bhatia, and honoring Jesse H. Jones II, will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016, in the spectacular grand foyer of the Wortham Theater Center. 

Tickets for the Ball begin at $1,500; Tables of ten begin at $15,000 (quantity limited).

Raising the Barre

Raising the Barre, A Dinner in Four Acts, chaired by Erin and James Stewart, and Lindley and Jason Arnoldy, will take place in April 2016. More details coming soon! 

Guests will enjoy a “Dinner in Four Acts” created by four of Houston’s top chefs, with Houston Ballet dancers serving as sous chefs.
