Help Fill the Ballet Ball Wine Cellar!

The 2011 Ballet Ball auction would not be complete without the Wine Cellar! This is always one of the most fun and interesting portions of the auction, and we need your help to make it a huge success.

Please complete and email (cwade@houstonballet.org) , fax (713.523.4038) or mail (1921 W. Bell, Houston, TX 77019)  the form back to Houston Ballet.  In recognition of your generous support, you will be listed in the Ball program and have our everlasting gratitude.
